Design UV tumbler wraps with DTF New York AI

You can now design a full UV tumbler wrap in the browser — and DTF New York AI will generate the art if you do not have a file. No Photoshop. No resize. No “close enough” wrap.

Open the UV Tumbler Designer. Pick 16oz glass, 20oz skinny, or 30oz skinny. Upload a PNG, add type, drop clip art, or describe the design. DTF New York AI (Grok on our print host) makes a PNG and we place it on the wrap.

Locked wrap sizes. 300 DPI. No resize.

This is a UV DTF wrap. Measure once. Sizes are locked so the print file matches the cup:

  • 16oz glass — 9.3" × 4.1" (2790 × 1230 px @ 300 DPI)
  • 20oz skinny — 9.3" × 8.1" (2790 × 2430 px @ 300 DPI)
  • 30oz skinny — 10.2" × 9.5" (3060 × 2850 px @ 300 DPI)

The download / cart file is always those exact pixels, transparent PNG, 300 DPI. We do not stretch your wrap to “fit the sheet.”
