How Same-Day Shipping Works
Here's exactly what happens from the moment you click "Order" to when your transfers are at your door:
You place your order
Upload your files, select your quantity and size. Our Auto Gang Builder prices your order at $0.02/sq in — you only pay for the space your designs actually use. No minimum order required.
Your order goes into print
Your files run through our ProColor 9-color printing system — the same day, the same afternoon. Sharper colors, brighter whites, more vibrant output than standard 4-color DTF printers.
Packaged and handed to the carrier
Your transfers are cut, packaged, and handed off to USPS or UPS the same business day — not the next day, not two days later. Same day.
Delivered to NYC
Because we ship from Long Island — right next door — NYC customers in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, the Bronx, and Staten Island typically receive transfers the next business day via USPS Priority Mail.
Peel. Press. Done.
No special equipment needed. Heat press at 300–320°F for 10–15 seconds, warm peel, done. Your transfers are lab-tested to 100+ washes — durable enough to sell at retail price points.
All 5 Boroughs + Long Island Covered
We ship from Long Island, NY — which means we're genuinely local to every NYC delivery zone. Not a national company routing your order through a warehouse in Ohio. Us. Here. New York.

Why Local Matters: DTF Printing NY vs. Jiffy
National DTF companies like Jiffy ship from whichever facility has capacity — which might be Texas, California, or the Midwest. When you order from us, your job is printed and shipped from Long Island, New York, every single time.
🗺️ Location Is Everything for Fast Shipping
Jiffy advertises "fast" shipping — but from where? They operate multiple facilities across the country, and your order goes to whichever has availability. That could mean 3–5 days across state lines.
We are physically in New York. Every order ships from Long Island. NYC gets next-business-day delivery as standard — not as a premium upsell.

Fast Delivery + Better Print Quality
Speed is only half the story. Getting your transfers fast means nothing if the print quality doesn't hold up. Here's what you actually get with every same-day order:
🎨 ProColor 9-Color System
Standard DTF printers use 4 CMYK inks. Our ProColor system uses 9 inks — adding extended color gamut channels that produce sharper gradients, more accurate skin tones, and dramatically brighter white underbases on dark garments. You get same-day speed AND better-looking transfers than most shops can produce in 3 days.
Lab-tested to 100+ washes. Our transfers don't crack, peel, or fade after a few washes. They're tested to retail durability standards so you can charge premium prices and stand behind your product.
Works on all fabrics. Cotton, polyester, blends, tri-blends, nylon, canvas — DTF adheres to virtually any fabric type. No pre-treatment. No limitations by fabric color (our white underbase handles dark garments).
UV Foil also available same-day. Need Gold, Silver, Holographic, Red, or Black foil transfers? Those also qualify for same-day shipping — subject to the same 2PM ET cutoff. We're the only printer in New York that can say that.
