Step 1 — DTF base layer: Your design is printed using our ProColor 9-color system onto transfer film with a full white underbase.
Step 2 — UV foil bonding: A metallic foil sheet is UV-cured onto the raised ink areas. The foil adheres only where ink is present — creating razor-sharp metallic edges and brilliant reflectivity.
Step 3 — Ready to press: The finished transfer ships to you. Apply with any standard heat press — no special equipment needed. Peels warm for a clean, seamless edge.

How to Apply UV Foil Transfers
Same process as standard DTF — if you can press a regular transfer, you can press UV foil. No new equipment needed.

Pre-heat your garment
Press the blank for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles. This ensures a flat, even surface for the transfer.

Position the transfer
Place the UV foil transfer face-down on your garment. Use a Teflon sheet or parchment paper on top for even heat distribution.

Press at 300–320°F for 10–15 seconds
Apply medium-to-firm pressure. The UV foil layer requires the same settings as standard DTF — no special adjustments.

Warm peel
Wait 5 seconds, then peel the film slowly at a low angle while the transfer is still warm. The foil and ink transfer together as one unified layer.

Optional finish press
For extra durability, do a 5-second cover press with a Teflon sheet. Results are lab-tested durable to 100+ washes.
